thats one thing i dont understand. if yamamoto was young and got older and hes 2000+ years old that would mean 20 shinigami years are 1 human year. and going by that logic since yachiru looked 4-6 when she was found by kenpachi she should at least look like a young teenager. since its been about 100 years at the least so shee should look 11 or so. so this picture is pretty acurate.
