hey dude , could you plz tell me , what is the difference if i have a resolution 1280x800 and i have on it 1920x1280 wallpaper ? what would be the difference if i put on it 1280x800 or 1920x1280

It depends, if both wallpapers are exactly the same and doesn't have "textures", there won't be any difference
