Yeah, so here's a thought which crossed my mind ever since the gameplay for DOOM Eternal was revealed. How insane is it that Sonic got a proper "Hell on Earth" level before DOOM? You practically even fight demons in it and everything!

Sonic had a proper "Hell on Earth stage" before Doom. And that's all the more reason why Sonic is awesome. Facing against unholy monstrosities and sending them packing in some of the coolest ways imaginable!
