Had this idea for a while, just now got around to finishing up.

Just so's we're all on the same page, at this point the words "stay safe" officially trigger a ptsd response in me, regardless of the context in which they're used, so you know, thanks for that, 2020.

Other things I never have to see/hear for the rest of my natural life include, but are not limited to:

-"Contact-free"
-"Curbside"
-"New Normal"
-"Staycation"
-"Right now, we could all use a little..."
-Every games journalist saying "X is the game we need right now" about every game that comes out
-Ads with parents and their kids in an indoor tent
And last, but far from least,
-Montages/collages of people in front of their webcams

I don't necessarily intend to downplay the severity of the situation, what I'm trying to say is, I GET IT. YOU DON'T NEED TO KEEP REMINDING ME EVERY FIFTH OF A SECOND FOR A YEAR AND A HALF STRAIGHT, THANK YOU.

Whew! Finally got that off my chest.

I feel like I was one of the more well-equipped people in the world for quarantine. I don't like social interaction to begin with, and I basically have a mini arcade in my room along with a sizeable collection of books, shows, movies, video games, consoles and toys, retro and modern alike. But I couldn't do it.
I have a job in retail, and I had no choice but to keep coming in as normal for the majority of last year. Honestly? I feel cheated.
Yeah, I'm one of the lucky people in this economy who still has a job, and I complain about feeling cheated. Heh.
