Okay so a bit of a vent incoming; I've lately developed a need to spend my time making stuff/learning how to make stuff. In particular there's this really cool game idea (At least, I think it's really cool) that I want to bring to fruition. PROBLEM IS, I find my job draining to the point where I often don't have the energy to do much in my free time other than goof off and make progress in little bitty inches here and there. This is going to get even worse as the holiday season rolls around, and frankly it's gotten to the point where I'm not even sure if I have the mental capacity to not just quit before it hits the fan.

ANOTHER PROBLEM IS, I still need money.
ANOTHER another problem is, I'm kind of a major breadwinner in my current household. As much as I want to transition completely into being a full-time content producer, I'm just not recieving enough of a turnaround with my current output to feasibly take the plunge. I kinda feel like I'm gonna have to make something that really gets people's attention and makes a solid case as to WHY they should give me their money to begin with, such as an animatic for how my game would look in action, but that's still gonna take a while, especially with my workload, and even then, anything I produce is not necessarily guaranteed to get popular, let alone generate revenue.

All that said, don't feel obligated to donate just because I threw a hissy fit, my momma didn't raise me to be a spoiled brat or nothing. If I'm not currently producing anything that people feel deserve compensation, then that's that. Just gonna have to put on my big boy pants and do the best I can.

tl;dr me wanna make games and stuff, job getting in the way, but job is how me make money, so me a bit frustrated.
