I thought I had a name for this guy, but it was taken. He's Skate's buddy who tags along with him and films him performing tricks with his camera eye. He also has jet boosters in his arms that he can use to either speed up or fly. Basically, he's supposed to be the Tails of this game from a mechanical standpoint.
