This is absolutely gorgeous! It looks like I could reach out and grab one. This is extremely realistic looking. I think this might look even better than the CGI from the movie. Excellent work!

Haha! Thanks! Well, actually I'm doing some tests trying to compose an anaglyph image (for red-cyan glasses) so than you can literally get the 3d effect. As for the CGI from the movie, I'm pretty sure they could get better results than mine, the thing is they haven't rendered a super close-up shot of the disc, so you couldn't get all the small details.
