This is a pixel art of Fi from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and she's not floating.She was originally going to be a part of the soon to come Link and Zelda from Skyward sword.
I forgot to add the gold stripes to her dress but I'm too damn lazy to go back and fix it, sooooo, enjoy her in all her unfinishedness.
