Description: Mahek (Fragnance)A new drawing has been submitted.......( FINALLY! )
The drawing looks A LOT better in real life. I've used watercolours, color pencils...and acrylic paints. I've been pretty busy with school and work and alotta people here have asked me to submit my drawings. I'd like to thank you all for your patience.
I don't think I've put much effort into this drawing (you can probably tell that I rushed through it!)
I'll try and submit better drawings in future....

Stunning work!! - Easy on the eye , colours are wonderful as too the detail - Only stipulation I have is the womans posture - Any reason why you opted for that posture - It comes across as if shes slipping off the chair (my opinion) - Love the beautiful hair as all Asian woman have - long and platted , wonderful ! - Tis a super quality piece

hmm.... Well i rushed thru it cuz i was kinda bored..so i only put effort in the curtains.... everything else was done in rush... including sketching and painting/colors n stuff..i'd say prolly a day....

hey, finally got a chance to comment on this one 2day. aah yes, the shading and coloring is brilliant. the curtens and clothes VERY nicely done. me likes a lot. the backgound's kool. alhtough i think u've done hair better in ur last pic. maybe u were rushing through this one. but still. wicked work aisha

yea the hair and the skin was the last thing that i did.. i did that in like 6 minutes!!... i spent so much time on the curtains..that i eventually got bored of this drawing..hehez.. thank u so much for the comments though

and since u do admit that u got bored in the end, i gues u've got a lota untouched potential in u. and u could definately come up with master pieces. IF... u dont get bored spending too much time on them. hmm.. btw. i've got the same problm, i get bored after 1 n a half hours (my max time limit on my sketches).

i should've spent time on it every day..rather then just fretting over the piece and finishing it up only to poste in on DA..cuz i was constantly getting notes re new drawings n stuff.. so yea.. rushed thru it!.. o well.. happens

Beside all critiques, what I am looking?. There are lots of IMPROVEMENTS, comparing with previous drawings. Details in this drawing, are more realistic than the previous ones. E.g. details in curtains, color of window's glass and wrinkles in dress. The most observing thing is that colors are more lively than the previous drawings. One can feel life in a picture, thatβs a great improvement. Very good effort, give pace to your good work.
