I imagine her waddling to the bathroom but getting stuck in the doorway. Her huge hips and butt are squeezed by the doorway and she cant get through. She cant even fart anymore since her buttcheeks are squished together. Her last thoughts are "oh god i have to take a huge dump" before she explodes
