Technically, the phone would come back because it would literally orbit a mass of this size.

Surprisingly enough this is what would really happen if people could get this fat..
you would turn into this like a blob of putty but mind you the human body has limits... lolย

Very true, such a shame to have limits. Oh well, at least we have imagination

Darn it. It's so hard to keep a consistency of the sheer magnitude of her size. I make sure that things are visible.

She would be much, much larger than a planet if the description said that she was eating galaxies.

but she's one solid (although VERY soft)ย mass, therefore planet, just a very large one

Well, if we look at the encyclopedia definition of a planet, we see that:
A planet (from Ancient Greek แผฯฯฮฎฯ ฯฮปฮฑฮฝฮฎฯฮทฯ, astฤr planฤtฤs, or ฯฮปฮฌฮฝฮทฯ แผฯฯฮฎฯ, plรกnฤs astฤr, meaning "wandering star") is an astronomical object orbiting a star or stellar remnant that:
*is massive enough to be rounded by its own gravity,
*is not massive enough to cause thermonuclear fusion, and
*has cleared its neighbouring region of planetesimals.
Judging by the image of her and the description, we can easily check the criteria of being a planet from bottom to top.
Starting from the last criterion, we see in the image that IF has no planetesimals orbiting around her (unless you count her now escaping phone as one), so IF meets that specific criterion.
The second criterion is very tricky to determine, as the description for her states that 'she's eating galaxies', so she has to be more massive than millions of stars. A star is large enough to cause thermonuclear fusion, but IF in the picture is much more massive than a single star, or multiple stars in that matter and yet her body isn't going under thermonuclear fusion. Heck, at her size she should have become a supermassive black hole (which usually is the center of a galaxy) yet her whole body isn't collapsing into herself.
So I'm letting her pass half of the criterion since she is much more massive than multiple stars yet somehow has the ability to not undergo nuclear fusion or becoming a black hole under her own mass.
Now the first criterion is the one that she failed, because of her current shape. Despite having the mass of a million stars, her own body doesn't take the shape of a sphere, but instead a shape of a pile, even though her greater than average gravity should shape her into a sphere. So no points for that.
In the end, this makes IF one half of an official planet. I didn't take into account that she should be orbiting a star because at her size stars should be orbiting her.
