Skinny trans sexy guy is Prada Levine. He's a short range teleporter who leaves static electric charges anytime he does so which screws with machinery and communications and stuff.
Thats Boccaio in the middle... You prolly already know about him.
The girl is Sampi. She's a full automaton who follows Boccaio on missions. She's pretty much just spare parts for him and she carries vials of liquid nannites for various purposes.
The last Guy is Seyfert. He's the scientist/doctor who created the nannites that make it possible for Prada, Boccaio, and Sampi to function. He runs upgrades and does major fixes on them all the time.
