I learned photoshop first so maybe that helped.
Do u have a program like that?

yeah, actually, I've got adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, But I mostly am (when I use either) a photo manipulator, so I lean on the Photoshop. Illustrator is a vector program but I haven't been able to wrap my head around it yet.
