Description This is my outfit design/color study for Sailor Tuxedo Mask xD i got the idea when did his Male Sailors...

Its just extremely rough 10 minute sketch and super fast 3 minute coloring just to get the study down, not sure if I'm going to make a better picture of this...

on the "odango" they are roses, I'm just really really really crap at drawing roses.
