This is reallllllly nicely done. You got his pucker and chin just right, the strands of hair... i love the washed black, i love that you fearlessly made the shirt--or is that a sweater... hehe--super dark. a lot of people hesitate to make solid blacks, but you did a great job balancing it with the shading!
the eyes are dead-on, too i can just feel him about to blink!
