What's crazy is that his battle damage skin - the face mask, at least - is the same exact set of damage from when he battled Kit Fisto, his Padawan and their clone troopers in his hidden lair in "Lair of Grievous" from the first season of The Clone Wars. I don't remember what his torso looked like but I swear, the face mask damage is almost identical. I love how EA and DICE actually cared enough to get that detail in.

Don't just take my word for it - check it out yourself. I'm almost certain (99%) that it was from that specific episode, and if it wasn't from THAT one then it was certainly from another episode of TCW.
