History:

Lucy was born in Kyushu to her two loving (hippie) parents. She was born covered in fuzz, with little stubs of tails on her body. The doctors were appalled by the...thing that had been born, as it wasn’t very cute, and it clearly wasn’t human, while she screamed and cried as babies do, the doctor offered her parents the chance to...make the baby disappear, in the most humane possible way. (Basically they were offering the parents a chance to put down their daughter, since it was shameful). Her parents were horrified by this offer, even if Lucy was odd looking, even if she was a fuzzy little..freaky monster, she was still their flesh and blood, still their daughter, and they loved her.
For the first few years of her life, Lucy never left the home, after the incident when she was born, her parents were terrified of what people would think of her. They didn’t want to admit it..but they were slightly ashamed of her, but they never stopped loving her. Lucy loved to climb around the house, and even after she learned to walk, she still insisted on crawling on her knuckles, and the fuzzy.the little girl attempted to eat EVERYTHING in the house. She had issues speaking, words were hard for her to form, so she mostly communicated through making squeaking noises, and pointing; The girl loved to eat, climb, and sleep. She especially loved her brother, Ataru. She always wanted to play with him, but he wanted nothing to do with her, she was a freak after all.

When she was Five, her parents took a risk, and decided to let Lucy play in the backround, as she was always staring out the windows, and begged her parents to let her outside. She loved being outside, she loved everything about it, she loved the air, the tree’s, the grass, the dirt, EVERYTHING, her parents had to literally drag her back inside. One day, while her mother was talking on the phone, and not paying attention to Lucy, she had managed to climb up the tree and over the fence into the outside world. Lucy began to crawl around the neighborhood, and said hi to every person she saw, even every animal. The people however, didn’t see her as a friendly little girl. They saw her as a fuzzy little freaky talking thing with six tails (THE SIX TAILS WAS A STRANGE MUTATION) that was stalking around the neighborhood. They thought she was some mutated animal, or science experiment, and called animal control. Animal control did indeed come, and take her, and kept her in a cage trying to figure out WHAT THE HELL she was. Meanwhile her parents were in a panic in search of their daughter, it was thanks to one of Ataru’s friends who had told him about this mutated monkey being taken away by animal control, Ataru had told his parents, and they quickly hurried down to get her. After an awkward explanation that she was there daughter, they got Lucy back and quickly hurried home, so happy that their daughter was safe, all was good…until the news article came about. A man at the animal control center had leaked about Lucy to a reporter, who quickly wrote about it. Soon, everyone wanted to see Lucy. Her parents were terrified this would happen, people stood on their yard trying to get a glimpse of the monkey girl, some even tried to break in their house. Her parents had never been so ashamed; they couldn’t believe this had happened.
The last break in had driven Lucy’s parents over the top. They had broken in, and tried to take lucy out of the house, intending on adding her to a freak show. her parents had of course stopped the man, and had him arrested. After the almost kidnap, her parents couldn’t risk that happening again, so they packed up and quickly moved, not telling a single soul about where they were going.

They had moved deep into the woods in Kyushu, far away from any people as they could manage. There, Lucy was allowed a little more freedom, more tree’s to play with, more places to explore (but not without her parents watching her every step), Lucy loved it, It was the perfect place for her. For her family though, living was a little difficult. Her father tried to live at home, but driving the longass commute to work from where they lived was very troublesome, so he began to live in town, visiting once a month to bring grocery’s, and whatever else they needed. The house itself had no electricity, summers were hot, winters were freezing. At first, it was a difficult getting used to it, but after a few years it had grown easier, and soon, it seemed like the only way to live to her mother (Ataru went to live with his father in the town, resenting everything about the forest home, and Lucy) who was once a teacher, easily homeschooled Lucy as she grew older, working very hard on getting Lucy to speak more, Japanese, and a little English.
When Lucy was seven she begged and begged to go see where her Father and Brother lived, the forest not being enough for her. She missed the both of them, especially her big brother, who she only saw once a year. Her mother couldn’t risk the chance of having what happened to her when she was five happen again, and sternly told her no. Her mother didnt want to risk her losing her baby. Lucy however was never a fan of the word NO. so, the seven year old ran away, leaving a note saying it was only temporary, and left a half eaten cookie on the note, a gift for her mother.
Off lucy went, on such an adventure, wearing a long fluffy coat to hide herself, and well, to keep herself warm (she got cold so easily). She (by pure fucking luck) managed to get out of the forest, and find a busy road, where a kind old couple saw her with her little backpack, assuming she was running away. They pulled over and asked Lucy what she was doing “8C IM RUNNING AWAY TO SEE MY DADDY AND YOU CANT STOP ME” was her reply. After a short conversation, the couple had come to believe that her parents were divorced, and her mother wasn’t allowing her to visit her father, it had made them sad, so they offered to give Lucy a ride to her father’s home..Lucy…knew nothing of STRANGERDANGER, and told them her father’s address, and gladly climbed in the back of their car, thanking them the entire ride. Her father…Was not pleased to see Lucy, but what was he to do. He intended on taking her home the next day after work. Lucy was CERTAINLY not pleased with that answer, she wanted to stay and play with her daddeh and big brother.
Ataru (age 14) had to babysit Lucy that day, which was something he didn’t want to do. He had friends, and a girlfriend he so desperately needed to see for some reason. He did a selfish and stupid thing, wanting to get rid of Lucy. Once Lucy was gone, maybe his parents would move in back together, and they could have a normal life again..it was all Lucy’s fault. So, Ataru opened the door, and told Lucy to get out. Lucy didn’t understand, so, outside she went..and began to explore. She walked around town at night, no one was out and about, it was just a big adventure for the little girl. She didn’t notice the sparking powerline a few feet away..she didn’t even notice until she stepped on it, barefooted.
FUN FACT I FORGOT TO MENTION:the human body already uses electrical impulses, due to the virus, and Lucy’s odd mutations (such as the six tails), and the virus, the electrolytes in her body increased, causing little lucy to be able to carry more of a shock then she should.
The powerline electrocuted her, nearly killing her, but by a miracle, and her fathers luck in finding her, Lucy survived. After that incident, Lucy began acting oddly. During thunderstorm, or lightning storms, Lucy was more panicky, running around the house and basically twitching like hell (she also got very sick on these nights ) When she was nine, nearly ten, she learned..she could release electricity. Even control is slightly. And each time she released the electricity, she stopped hurting, her insides began to stop burning, and she was capable of sitting down for more then ten seconds.

Her Mother found this to be a miracle, believing that Lucy was a gift from the spirits, a Raiju. People nearby could see her little electrical bursts, and some came to investigate. Her mother said she was a Raiju, and they had to be very careful. People who believed her began to bring her gifts, to keep them safe from her during a thunderstorm, or from the devastation of Rajin.
Lucy had no idea why people brought her gifts, but her mother told her to reward the people with pretty shows of lightning at night, which she did. someday's people would come visit, Lucy would wear a mask, and basically dance around and spark. She thought of it as a game, and it made her mother happy.
Her Mother had also gone a bit crazy, loving the company of the people coming to see the Raiju. she also lost all contact with her husband, and son.
With her mother showing Lucy off to people, she began to be a bit of an attraction, though much more respected then a freak show. Many people who visited swore to keep it a secret, however when she was 18, an annoying bunch of teenagers decided to go see what was going on in the forest. They even TALKED to Lucy after her little show, shewasjusthappytotalktopeople, they didnt usually talk to her. One saw and knew what Lucy was, his father was a cop and warned him about people like her, the animalistic people from the dangerous virus spreading about. He reported Lucy to his father, and a week later they came. Smashing up the things people had built for Lucy, breaking into their home, and arresting her mother. They tried to take Lucy, but she had managed to book it into the tree's, where she spyed on the police with her mother; Momma Lucy fought back against the cops, saying terrible things, and a short tempered cop had tazered her. v-v which managed to kill the mother.; Lucy screamed (which resembles the sound of thunder), and in a bit of a blind rage,jumped down from the tree's, and electrocuted the cops..theeen realized what she did, shekilledpeople, she simply ran.
She ran and managed to hide for about a year, living in the tree's and just hiding from people before she was eventually found while she was low on energy and thrown into the prison for people with the virus.
She had no idea what was going on, or why any of this had happened. In the prison she was just very agitated, attacking anyone who came near her,mostly guards. She was completely low on energy, so she couldnt shock anyone, she mostly just clawed and bit them. One guard got angry enough that he chopped off half of her tail, and shoved her on to the boat to Second Chaince island.

On the island, she was even more of a wreck.She was terrified of everything, confused, hurt, and behaving more feral and animalistic then she ever did. She lived in the woods, mostly in the tree’s, getting hungrier and hungrier..when she saw a little blonde person walking around in HER (everything is hers. EVERYTHING) woods. She dived from the tree’s and attempted to eat them. That person was Kyrie, queen of Sound, but Lucy didn’t know that, nor did she even care. FOOD was food. Kyrie didn’t seem to care that Lucy was trying to eat her, infact, she was more intersting in the fact that Lucy was half dead, with a destoyed tail. After a bit of gnawin, Lucy sorta passed out. Which Ky took this moment to heal Lucy. Lucy's body had transfered ky's healing/singing powers into her own energy, which the lack of in her body was just killing her. When she came too she was a bit more sane, and after some explanation, she became enternally grateful of Kyrie, who had just saved her god damn life. Lucy didnt want to leave ky's side, since she was nice and caring and saved her and has this supply of energy inside her which Lucy needed.

Personality:
Lucy isnt entirely sure how to act around people, she'll say what she wants and never considers other peoples feelings.
She's generally very childish, since her mother encouraged it, and her energy levels just have her behave that way. She hasnt matured at all since she was 8.
SHe can be a bit selfish, and rude, but she usually means the best.
Lucy gets attached to people easily, and if your her friend, she'll just sorta cling to your face and tackle you and insist you play with her.

-when her energy is completely drained she's weak as hell. Her body will be in pain, she cant really think, move, breath. It's critical mode if she stays in it for too long.

-She's got alot of energy/agility, but she's not strong. She cant take a hit, so she relies on speed. But if you can hit her, she'll go down pretty fast. /SHES OFFENSE, NOT DEFENSE.

Other:
-She doesnt wear any clothes besides pants. She hates wearing clothes.

-She'll sometimes get her English mixed up, and sometimes she might occasionally say things like 'SCOOSE ME, SUR, due to the fact she learned parts of her English from listening to prisoners, and the few she would talk to would actually try and teached her.

-She takes advantages of the cant-get-wet thing, and rolls around in dirt, mud, plays in the bushes and tree's, so she's basically covered in dirt. WHEN DRAINED, SHE CAN GET WET.

-She personally colors in her energy levels on her body. She has markers tied around her waist v-v.

-She really hasnt grown or matured since she was 8. She's very very childish.
