razor claws workings basicly the robot parts form mostly the front end with the rest being stored as a back pack a bit of a cheat but i think it works out okalso note his crotch armour forms the lower jaw of the lion sadly that would mean thier would be little articulation when in robot mode unless you have his waist of a ball joint or somthing.
one thing that would be a bitch about the toy would be his lions main since it would limmit the movement in beast mode.... but then i guessing most people would keep them stored as predaking

Based on what I've seen, you could make a decent, well articulated toy as long as you were willing to sacrofice a waist swivel in robot mode. For everything else, with the right arangement of lion mode joints, could be handled quite easily, and even contribute to a very well articulated beast mode.
