This portion reminds me of the combination sequence of the megazord from Might Morphin Power Rangers. Especially the arm units.

Plus lemme guess, the Chest Plating is also like the Pteradactyl Zord only this time it's Blast Off for Bruticus. Hey Btw, do you mind making the Old school Power Rangers zords as in the Original Megazord, Dragonzord, Titanus and Ultrazord?

yeah thinking about it the basic lay out is rather MMPR style... odd as I was not thinking about it when I was thinking up what I was going to do with these guys.

Yeah, haven't been there since I was about ...yeah, about 7 - 8 years ago myself. Still, I like the thought of customising other things so I may give TF customising a go some day...I can imagoine being a hell of alot harder than regular figure customs though. >.<
