shipping to minnesota first class would only be about $5 or so, anything faster (and insured) would be $10
basics are white resin, they're not usually completely cleaned casts (they need light sanding prep work for customization), they're handcast (so they all have their own little "casting quirks). I usually include tiny beads for eyes.
They only stand at about 3 inches tall. I don't usually sell heads seperately since their isn't much they're compatible with (yet) though if you want an extra head I can include one for a little bit extra. The fluffy is the result of craft boa without a headcap (attached to the jump ring that holds the head on-where an S hook would be). I can include a bit of it if you'd like for free

the basics need sanding? would i need to do that?

not all of them, most actually cast pretty clean. The most sanding they need is a gentle rub over with medium grit around the seams. If you tell me before you order I can actually include a bit of paper.
