Description
So Oracle doesn't have a damaging breath attack, though standing there and waiting for it to hit you isn't a good idea. For the most part he can use it to blow attacks back at someone or at least change the course of something that is coming his way. Β When deciding to use his wings he can pull earth from the ground and cause many problems for people attacking him but for the most part he is still to likely to avoid an incoming attack. Β I'm sort of still developing his abilities bit by bit so feel free to ask questions I'm a chatty cat anyways.This is kind of honestly a colored sketch I couldn't manage to make myself line it so i just had fun with it instead.

Thanks man, I wish I could bring myself to have worked harder on it but Nova's wind is a pain in the butt to do...also backgrounds. Backgrounds are the real killers.Β
