Well at the moment you have 23 watchers and I doubt many of them will have points to spend because a lot of people don't bother to buy art when there are many people that will draw things for free on this site, so chances are that's what a lot of your watchers look for. I know it's a very slow start but in time you will grow, improve and more and more people will come to love your art and in turn will want some of it from you, when that happens I can assure you'll be plenty busy with commissions. Just have a little faith, my friend.
Like I said before, submit to as many groups as possible, I'm over 100 of them and that was to get me going, now I only bother with just the vector groups because of how long and tedious it takes to submit art into each group but believe me, that is the best thing to do when you're first starting off.
Another thing I have learnt while watching others and tested my self a few times out of curiosity was spam out llamas to anyone's page you look at, more often then not they will return the llama and watch you too, again I stopped doing that because it was boring to do going around to random pages spamming out llamas. Just do whatever you can to put yourself out there, you'll certainly start to get noticed then :3
