Description
This is bPAVLICA gemsona fusion Rolling Flash. It's a fusion of his gemsona Boulder Opal and Sunstone. Sunstone is based off of Papyrus, which I thought was pretty cool. click this to understand why cause I suck hot dogs at explaining stuff ;-;. . Ever since i've seen this fusion the temptation to draw him has been killing me until I finally caved. I love how he's childish so imagining him doing the above pose to look 'cool' made me laugh. Like just looking down all cheeky n' stuff while purposely adjusting his glasses so they shine. Just like in those animes : OOriginally I had done the line art days ago but i'm a dork that gets side tracked so i'm a little late posting this. Anyways! I've been meaning to try out a blending technique which is why the blending is a little different that usual. Not gunna lie, when I started putting down the flats for this drawing I nearly had a heart attack. Colors can still be a really difficult thing for me, especially when trying to make them all come together. With so many colors in one I wasn't even sure if I could complete the pic without it looking like a disaster. But I just kept rolling with it and got this! This is one of my main reasons I love this fusion. There's tons of neon colors coming together beautifully. Still have to work on picking out the right colors for shading with tho : V
Also the 80's feel, GAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! I listened to so much 80's rock while coloring this. Good stuff
I really hope you like this bPAVLICA : ) Drawing Rolling Flash was interesting to the say the least. I hardly draw four armed characters so I had no idea what to do with the extra arms for awhile. It was great practice though X D And sorry about putting Sunstone's gem on the wrong side. I forgot you switched them : Y

Me too, but hes nice so i didn't really worry. i was just really nervous, which i'm getting better at not being haha. I can't help it, i love drawing stuff for people. : 3

I think my initial reaction to this could somewhat be equated to that heart-stopping shock you feel when you trip and expect to have a very personal meeting with the floor... except I felt a positive equivalent of that.
I mean holy smokes, this looks absolutely gorgeous and was totally unexpected - the best combination! <':
I really love how you shaded it, it really gives the figure a lot of volume and gives him so much softness, you really combined the soft shading nicely with a thicker line art!! I love this so much, and the colours look awesome!!
The pose suits him to a T and oh my gosh LOOK AT HIM!!! His face with a huge grin and the hands oh my god everything about this is perfect!
And I love how the light outline makes him stand out so dynamically from the background, I can't stop looking at it omg
