Well I use a pencil, then scan it, then put it in photoshop 7.0.

But even when I draw straight, the lines look pixelated. I use vector for the lines.

hehe awesome! yeah several people have so far... I think the next one I do I'm gonna have a contest for...
as to the lines.. I use Photoshop CS and good ol' brush... what resolution/size do you start with your pics? I made the pic 1596 x 1340... that way my lines are real large and easy to smooth out... at that width when zoomed out the image looks smooth... try messing around with it!

I've tried it, and I'm a little familiar with what you're saying.. I've been thinking about trying vectors myself but from what I understand it's much more smooth with Macromedia Flash
