There's been a giant learning curve throughout all of chapter 3. T_T Painting the Underworld before there was sun has been really difficult to sort out. The hardest parts are yet coming. I still don't even know what I'm doing. x__x
This pic of younger Vidu though is one of my favorites. He looks best here.
I hope it might be more obvious when all of chapter 3 is read together, but from the beginning to the end of chapter 3, the light around Vidu is getting gradually brighter.

I really thought I saw this picture earlier, and then I realize I got a picture of it at Otakon. :'DD It's probably my favorite Vidu pic. The bemused vulnerability and halo really hits my heart where it counts.

I just love the composition and colors. Sedna is still my favorite... probably because I already had black & white plushie fabric lying around *has evil plans if school allows*

I bet on the wait list moving. Since they aren't requiring a tax ID, payment, or badge, just think of all the people who have registered half heartedly. XD Some people are bound to drop out. How many tables are there total?
What were you planning on selling? 4DE books?
Yes, I registered and amazingly I think I registered quick enough not to be on the wait list. O_O It will be my first year at Fanime ever. c:

Actually, I was registering a table for 4DE. So yea, 4DE will be there. Technically, my name is on the table too. If I sell anything it will be the handful of anime fan art necklaces & bracelets I made. It really depends on if they need the room for another artist, but I may be floating around as a helper or a fan.
As for 4DE I don't have the authority to give an official list. The maybes are: Der-Shing, Wenqing (yuumei), Mimi (Kurot), and Sarah (Phoenix Requiem). However, there are more artists that may be invited for 4DE if they have signed up already.

I do hope those people are able to come. 8D Especially Der-Shing, I did meet her once and I liked her so much. The others, I have never met, and will be too star struck to meet even if they were present. 
I would love for you to be my helper too, if you have spare time separate from 4DE. >< *Cinnamoron and I will be stuck at our tables without food. 8< *puppy eyes*

I replied to your before I talked with the publisher about what was happening. Bad Heather - I made an assumption that there were others because there were last year. I'm actually not sure what's happening now. I just know that if Eric feels like 4DE artist NEED to be at Fanime, they will somehow BE at Fanime. Lol.
Der-shing is a maybe because of her professional commitments keep her from being their the whole convention and because of these new art alley rules that discourage artists like her from appearing for only a day or two.
If I'm around, I would gladly table sit, run errands and keep you entertained with my awkward social skills and foul language (I cuss a lot around people I know). My own life is filled with chaos, so I'm PLANNING on going barring any family or school emergencies.

I love the tones too. It was painted mostly with coffee, which makes really smooth plains of color with hard edges.

Yes... coffee is brilliant for painting with. :3 Something about it makes it retain water for longer than normal paint, so it makes really large plains of perfectly flat color that dry with hard outlines. AS SEEN IN THIS PAINTING, EVEN ~~~

Blehz at self. If I kept practicing watercolor instead of giving up years ago I would have remembered why coffee wouldn't leave as hard of an edge.

Most book covers I see for popular novels aren't necessarily indicative of the content contained, but rather just iconic and dramatic portrayals of the main cast.
