Public version 3.1a
-Added ability to enable/disable the start tips with regfiles.
-When using Visa, it would still try and apply userframes and start tips. (I missed this one in 3.1)

These are the only two changes in 3.1a. If 3.1 worked for you, then you should NOT install this. Well you can if you want but there is no new features.
I also included StartOrbz 2.1, since this loaded up fine for most people.

There really isnt much more to do with StartOrbz, so only expect bug fixes. If you have suggestions, please let me know. As always, post any bugs, comments, or suggestions.

I have a slight problem. Whenever I try to import a already .png start orb, It gives me a pop-up saying that I could only import genuine ones, however I can import any bmp. If you can fix this error I would be most grateful since there is a specific .png orb that I wish to use. My stats:Windows 7 SP1 X64. Thank you for making such an awesome program.

there are heaps of easy picture converters out there,it would be a whole lot easier than reprograming

both versions crash on me. 3.1 i can't open and 2.1 crashes upon applying new orb. im on vista sp2 and im out of ideas on how to make this work

Click Settings > Restor and see if that helped.

I forgot to patch my theme files in vista. Oops. I dont have system restore enabled either. After applying changes, i switched to classic so i could see my icon in action. But now, aero or basic vista are not availible in appearance settings. I have not yet turned off my computer. What do i do to get back to aero? - because 2.1 nor 3.1a will open - it crashes on opening the exe.

Do people still even care about StartOrbz anymore? I know I haven't posted in a while, sorry about that. I was days away from releasing SO4.0 last year when life happened.

Anyways, I have spent the last few days working on the old bug list. If all goes well. I will release Korbin 4.1 tonight.

@madkaysea .rar Files are "Winrar" compressed folders. "[link] " is where you can download Winrar for free without any worry of a virus. Then extract it and run the application .[You could also open it with 7ZIP] -N-
