here's a shading tip also, try to shade with a light color and then turn that layer onto multiply. you can fiddle around with the settings but multiply on a lower opacity makes the drawing look very colorful and nice to look at.

you can use different colors too like sometimes I use red, purple, and green

Gorgeous! But I forgot to tell you, (I feel so bad) lower the opacity, as it well look too dark with it at 100% (Unless it has a dark background) :3

I know, I turned down the opacity quite a bit, but I usually do multiple shading layers. One for general shading, one for more precise shading, and one for highlights. General is 68%, more precise is 44%, and the highlights are 100%, but you can barely see those.

Okay but I usually put my shading down to around 25% I think? the same probably, but I already started mine. It's sort of doglike, but it has very long, pointy ears, a long tail and legs, and it's very lean/thin/slender

I like pastel, but nothing red, green, grey, black, or dark brown as a main colour please, I will accept a very light brown though, if you choose brown.
