So looking back at my old designs I came back across this guys, who happens to be my only, and will always be my only, Undertale OC. I created him on the spot without much thought a while back in a roleplay with a friend, and thought it was time to finally flesh him out!
I might redo the ref as well, I'm not sure as of yet.

Honestly though there's nothing strictly UT about him, so I'll probably be drawing him in a lot of different "universes" if that's what you wanna call it. I'll go ahead and put some info on him though I guess
Also, credit to @/Sheltie-X for the template I used below to fill in all the information! cx
I'll try and fill in the attacks later, and what kind of magic he uses, but it's too late to brainstorm that now. xD

*[sparing you - Pacifist] "Well, no need to waste time, eh? Go on ahead, I won't stop you." *Arcane is sparing you
*[sparing you - Neutral] "...Just go, we're wasting time." *Arcane is sparing you
*[special attack] Blanket of fire, small area to dodge and maneuver
*[common attack] Wave of fire attacks, paws swiping toward the SOUL with claws shown, alternating layers of fire pillars
*[random attack] Fireballs that streak through box, leaving damaging smoke behind
When encountering CHARACTER, options are as follows:
*CHECK: *ARCANE - ATK 4 DEF 6 *Doesn't look too happy right now *Wants you to stop staring
*INSULT: *You tell Arcane that he has an awful fashion sense. "I'll have you know that these are the brightest bland colors you'll ever see."
     *INSULT 2: *You tell Arcane that he looks like a shaved monkey. "How do you know what that even looks like?"
*POKE: *You poke Arcane in the stomach. "Stop that."
     *POKE 2: *You poke Arcane in the stomach again. "Quit." *Arcane's DEF raises slightly
      *POKE 3: *You poke Arcane in the stomach yet again. "...." *Arcane's ATK raises slightly
      *POKE 4: *You poke Arcane in the stomach yet again. "........" *Arcane's ATK and DEF raise slightly
      *POKE 5: *You poke Arcane in the stomach yet again. "...You're messed up, kid."
*TALK: *You ask Arcane how the weather's been. "Same as it's been for the past year."
      *TALK 2: *You tell Arcane his clothes look nice.
                    (If insulted before): "...You're kidding me, right?"
                    (If no insult): "Hmf..." *Arcane's DEF lowers
      *TALK 3: *You comment on about how many monsters have already tried to kill you. "Well, I'm certainly not helping, am I?"
*CHARACTER - ATK 4, - DEF 6 (scale of 0-10)

Friends:
   Sans- Arcane's ran into him a few times, but doesn't really have that much of an opinion on him. The jokes drain him after a while, but does see that there's something bothering the skeleton; what that is, though...Arcane hasn't the slightest clue, and doesn't care to know.
  Papyrus- Like Sans, Arcane has only talked to him a few times. He secretly admires the skeleton's constant perseverance. Though, the ignorance and overwhelming ego from the taller brother gets on his nerves greatly, but he never tells that to his face.
   Frisk- This really depends on the route they're running at the moment. If Pacifist, Arcane respects them and doesn't put up that much of a fight, still acting grumpy and closed the whole time. If Neutral, he'll fight a tad harder if they've killed over five monsters or one main monster. He has no opinion for them, and doesn't care in the slightest, has a slight leaning towards anger. If Genocide, then, well...pretty much just the mindset of a person in a situation where a genocidal maniac is eliminating everyone they loved (well, in Arcane's place, liked) and knew.
Chara- He never met them, but he knew that they brought hope to the Underground, and has a distant respect for them.
Asriel- Much like Chara, Arcane never met Asriel, but held respect for him in the same way.
Asgore- Of all monsters, Asgore is the one Arcane has the most admiration and respect for. He realizes the immense amount of stress he's under. Arcane tries to help the king as much as he can, but he can't do anything to help him for more reasons than one.
Toriel- He's only met her once when he managed to find a little way into the Ruins from Snowdin Forest. He doesn't exactly like her very much, knowing full well that she abandoned the throne in a time of need.
   Undyne- If anything, Undyne would be considered a person he goes to for advice. Though, that's not saying he's close to her. He asks occasionally if she'll train him, but he definitely regrets it the next day. He thinks that she's a bit too...bold...in her fighting method, but doesn't argue. After all, Asgore did put her in charge for a reason.
    Alphys- She's probably the monster he's closest to, if you can consider him close to anyone. Though he doesn't like anime all that much, he does listen to her talk about the shows she watches, and will even watch them with her occasionally if she wants someone to talk with while watching. He can tell that she has something weighing her down, but certainly doesn't want to pressure her.
Personality: Highly pessimistic, observant, and self-conscious, Arcane tends to restrict himself to a small group of people. He never "opens up" when you talk to him, either. His nature is just that closed off, that's all. He can come off as aloof and rude, but he doesn't mean to, though he doesn't want to come off as the most open book either. If you manage to catch him in one of his rare good moods then he might be willing to talk to you and keep a conversation, so better keep your eye out when he seems more talkative than usual.
