okay so this was kinda a vent ?? More of a stress relief, soothing palette to help calm my mind :0
So, it's my birthday month and I'm honestly,, really disappointed. I had a vision about where my art should be by this age, but I don't feel like I've hit it. I'm in such an art slump right now. Not sure if slump even describes it. I just have a lOT of negative emotions and feelings towards my art in general. ;; It's been eating at me for months now and it hasn't really stopped ?? It's only really getting to me now
bUT I'm honestly okay <33 I mean,, in the grand scheme of things it's a little thing to fret over, but when art is the thing you love it uh, gets hard to enjoy it

It’s like no matter how hard you try you just can’t convince yourself that your art is worth it. It’s really quite terrible.
And the thing is that nobody outside the artist community can even comprehend how much an artist can hate his/her work (no matter how amazing it might be)

Honestly, that's exactly how I feel.
People outside of here always say how they like it, but I just see every little thing and constantly compare myself. I know it's not good to do, but I can't really help it :0
