Changed title because... He's definitely not Echo! His helmet may be similar in a way... but that's because he's fashioned after Maverick from Top Gun. Well, Bravo is Iceman and Echo is Goose; so why not make a F/A-18 Super Hornet that screams out Maverick just to complete the big trio of Top Gun.

Personality-wise, he's hot-blooded, likes to pull off ridiculous stunts, taunting opponents, also snarky and somewhat disregards authority just to mirror Maverick. He's pals with Bravo and Echo; although he seems to gravitate towards Echo (this reflects the closeness of Goose and Maverick in the movie), and has a tendency to troll or prank Bravo for the lulz or make a snarky remark at his comments just to watch his reaction (this one reflects their tendency to snark at each other; but I added in the Jolly Wrench prankster aspect).

And if you're taking coffee, be careful with your cup because he's likely going to "Buzz the Tower" to startle you.

For his number, I chose 161... The number lies between 113 and 210 which are Bravo and Echo's numbers respectively. Did some research on his helmet as well; and oh... I forgot to mention his callsign. He is identified as "Victor" as in the "V" in the Military Alphabet since Bravo is "B" and Echo is "E"... As an added joke, I slightly referenced Airplane while thinking up of his name which happens to be the title of this artwork.

For spoilers regarding his human version, he will definitely have a totally uncanny resemblance to Maverick.
