Well, it's not my theory, it's my friend's, but here: during the journey to the lake territories, Whitewing/paw fell in love with Hawkfrost and they mated. Birchfall fell in love with Applefur--since it was so obvious that he liked her--instead of Whitewing and later pretended to be Ivypool and Dovewing's father. When Ivypool went to the Dark Forest, Hawkfrost was especially friendly towards her (which happens in the books) since she's his daughter, and Birchfall joined the Dark Forest because... er... I forgot xD

What program did you use to make this? It's amazing... And if it's photoshop, what brush?? I try to draw with photoshop 7.0 but I can never find a good brush... Any help, please?

I use photoshop elements 5.0
so Im not sure if its the same, but it probably is, I use a size 4 brush and a bamboo fun tablet. if that doesnt work for you, I could take a screenshot of my other settings like the spacing and stuff ^^ good luck

No problem, and how do you get Photoshop Elements? Is it a free download, or must I buy it? And whats a bamboo fun tablet? I know, I must sound like a noob to you. But I'm not used to using layers. I used to do all my art on ms paint. And I would appreciate the screenshot, too.

Photoshop Elements came with my tablet (theres different kinds but a bamboo fun one is just a really small kind that doesnt cost as much

Nut if you cant get one, there are many good mouse artists, too. There are also ways to crack/hack different versions of Photoshop, but that's not legal, and some people don't feel comfortable doing
that...
so a good alternative to any version of Photoshop is Gimp, which can do all the same things but it's free, just a different set-up basically. If you wanted to crack a Photoshop, I could help you, though.

I have hacked into a Photoshop, thats how I have mine... And I have NO MONEY 
I find Gimp hard to use. The brushes just don;t go small enough for me. But, for now, I'll stick with Photoshop 7.0 and MS Paint

I read that book, and honestly, I think the cats are supposed to look realistic. I doubt they have anime eyes and tufts of fur everywhere. ;~;

The picture posted here by Blizzardfall does not have hair
fringe, and it is their right to draw however they wish.
If their style has anime eyes, then they will draw this with anime
eyes. It is the ARTISTS choice, not the watcher.
