Hi, could you please help me with something? I don't get how to remove the wings or horn. I wanna use this but my OC is a earth pony. Please reply back or link me to do tutorial I can't find any. Thank you!

just draw a red line over the wing/horn and right click over the blue line/filling while using the fill tool (if your using MS Paint. i assume it works pretty much the same with other painting programs)
