1) Crabcat Industries is the costuming/prop group that Holly is a part of. They do some amazing work, including the life-size anamatronic Grunt costume from SDCC a few years ago. [link]
2) Crabcat made a set of N7 armor for a model Bioware hired for SDCC, as well as a lifesize Wrex costume (worn by David Silverman of Bioware Pulse fame) and a Garrus costume. I do not know who wore the Garrus armor for SDCC, but it was someone from Bioware, IIRC.
