Not quite done with this, but I've got her front/back turnarounds finished and I want to share them.
I decided not to overdo it with her transformation and take a 'less-is-more' approach, at least visually. Her transformed state on the left still features an increase in muscle mass and height like I want, but I'm not changing her so much that her shape or silhouette becomes unrecognizable. I think, later on in her story, there will be room to push the transformation further but I don't need to figure that out just yet.
I've added some scarring to give her a little more of a battle-hardened feel. The scars glow in her transformed state along with the crystals fused into her shoulders. An interlaced ribbon in her braid helps it stand out a bit more and suggests a bit of a regal or upper-class influence as well.
Her outfit and full reference sheet should be done soon. Now that I have a lock on her default and transformed body type, it should be easier to finish that.
