Description
I finally did a drawing of one of my favorite cartoon/comic characters.
His name is venom, from the spiderman comics. And if you've seen spiderman 3, then you get the picture. Speaking of spiderman 3, I thought venom who was played by Eric from That 70's Show, wasnt a good choice. He should have been bigger and more pumped up. But ahh well.
I think I kinda messed up on the the body alittle and legs. Most of the drawing was done during the late hours of night.
I wanted to draw him with the symbiote takeing him over and a big grin on his face, so I hope I got that down.
Done with my trusty mechanical pencil on plain printer paper.
I'd say this is my 8th attempt at a venom drawing in my entire life. I tried drawing him when I was much younger but he looked more like a lobsided spiderman

Yea! Venom! exelent job! i dont think you messed up on the body or the legs. I also agree about the actors choice for venom. wasnt good enough for me, but i wasnt impressed with the movie itself either. big spidy fan. the symbiots and doc ok are my favorite villians! anyway great job! i hope you do more spidy art

i love this. its kind of cool that his right arm is all white. its almost like we are watching a transformation of eddy going from venom to anti-venom

Like the clear white toy of venom with a black spider on his chest. That actually sounds cool.
His arm is white because he is barely transforming into venom. showing his skin as Brock. just in case you didn't know

Ahh, thats refreshing. I just watched the clips to see what venom actually looked like in the movie, and I have to say, it was horrid. If you wanted to see the movie just for venom like I used to want to do, don't watch it he's far to skinny and not the blood-thirsty beast he is in the animated spider-man series. but yes that's an aweeessomme picture. looks like he's unstoppable, much like he should. Props to you on that and looking forward to seeing more

I don't know. He still looks like the Ultimate Spider-man's Eddie Brock, and that guy was okay too. I just don't like that, unlike Ultimate Spider-man, the symbiote didn't make him buff.

This was done entirely from memory. If I have'nt seen or drawn a certain character for quite a while, then I'll usually bust out some books and what not for refs.
But yeah, this one was from memory.
