The coloring is great and the white lighting works on the nose and lips, but the ones on the chin and hand give the person a plastic look (similar to a barbie doll).
It's very obvious that you copy pasted the eye you drew to make it look symmetrical. There's nothing wrong with that, but it's best to do this with just the lashes and then draw the iris individually on each eye. Because you didn't, she resembles a frog because her eyes are looking in two different directions.
Your shading is close to perfection and it's obvious that you've found a style that works for you, but the art comes across as bland. You should try messing with the proportions or your coloring to give it a bit of originality and the pose is just as bland. In other words, be a bit more adventurous and play with your art a bit until it satisfies you. I'm not telling you to move away from the semi-realistic style you've got, but there's nothing special about it
Your anatomy is spot on and I found no issues with it, so now you should try showing more of the body if you really would like to improve. It looks as if you've mastered this close angle.
Okay, now to the good things. I can see the worry and concern in her expression. Good expressions are a bit difficult to find and it makes me happy that you've figured out how to get her feelings across to the viewer. Your color choice is amazing. You stayed away from brighter colors, which really helps convey how the character is feeling. Your lighting is consistent and I couldn't find a single flaw in it and the anatomy on your hands are some of the best I've seen on this site. The small, blended areas in the skin gives it a soft look. Your line weight and precision in the inking make everything look clean and neat, causing everything you did in the piece to look very intentional. I hope to see some more amazing things from you in the future. I'm sorry if this all came across as rude, but I truly hope to see you improve.
