Hi everybody !
Quick and unfinished request for : her character, Arabelle Austerlitz, from Narnia's universe. She was obliged to serve the White Witch, and I imagine that even when she got free, she kept some melancholic, unquiet attitude, due to years of despair. And she's a violin player ! (I love to draw violins !) I depicted her years after her servitude, when she plays music for King Lune, in Anvard (ok, because I love to draw violins, and I love to draw dresses, so, even she's a woman of action, kind of a special agent, DRESS FOR EVERYONE). I love Narnia's universe so much !

I forgot all my color pencils at home, so I can't color it for now, but I'll try as soon as I can (that explains the lack of shadows...)

I love her!! She looks so melancholic but still so regal, and I love the way she's holding her violin! It shows her determined self... OMG I think I'm in love, she is exactly as I pictured her in King Lune's court!
And I love how she's looking away, opposite to the wind's direction, like she is still remembering her years at the service of the White Witch...

I'm so glad you like her, thank you ! (I worried a little about the dress... She doesn't seem to be a dress lady...) It really was a pleasure to draw Arabelle, she's a fascinating character.
About the colored version, I already have an idea (I'll try to do it after my exam), but if you have suggestions or preferences, feel free to tell me, I'm always open to good ideas

Well, she's not commonly a dress-lady, but she will gladly wear one when the occasion is suitable for it. Besides, she's terribly romantic when it comes to her music: if she's holding her violin she will definitely be the elegant musician her father always wanted her to be. ^^
If you ever feel like knowing Arabelle better, I started publishing my Narnia fanfic telling her story, in case you want to read. (I'm not self-advertising, I swear... 
As for the colors, Arabelle didn't realize it at the beginning, but she has a subconscious preference for the blue-white-grayish shades (27 years of dressing in the same colors do leave a print). But while in Anvard she tried very hard to hide her winter-like style, so you are free to use whatever color you wish!!
Perhaps the one suggestion I'd make, and I didn't realize sooner because I so love the drawing and her expression on it, is that you add her snowflake locket. She wants to hide her connection to the White Witch, true, but in that locket she keeps a lock of her brother's hair and is pretty much the last thing she has of him. That's why is so important for her.
