I've got to say,I really enjoyed this picture. It's cute,and it's touching. I don't know for sure if you've beat the game yet,but this is the equivilant of what happens. It always made me cry. Erhem,did I just say that out loud?
I also have a Vulpix as my team mate. I think you did Vulpix's hair quite well,and I also think her emotion comes out nicely. The ribbons on the ears are a nice touch and the background is also well done. It feels...space-ish. Hehe...
I think maybe Eevee's tears could have been done with a bit more blue. But the tear streaks do look convincing. Maybe a bit of a squint to Vulpix's eye would have been good too. Like a face contorted in depression. But all in all,I think this was a job well done. You did a fine job.
