I've never drawn a cyndaquil and koneki turned out that well?! Neko rocks to, she's so... unchibi (I'm usaully HORRIBLE at unchibified stuff XD)

can you help me with the pic??? cuz i cant get the picture off paint into gimp without the white around it????

if i copy and paste the picture onto the background it covers up the background and makes it white
