looks pretty good. The way each emote has a different expression and throws up a letter differently works well. I'm getting some lag, but I'm thinking it might be coming from my computer, so I can't really say anything about the smoothness of it unless I download it and play it offline.

I thought it was somewhere around there. I usually use between 50~70/1000mms (it's the way GIMP is set up), so I can see it at speed in my head. very nice.

i used to use gimp but i cant stand it!
i use paint.net to make the frames and i animate them in fireworks, or sometimes i do all the work in fireworks. it's the greatest program i found.

Perhaps I'll give it a whirl if I get around to it. (Probably not though. I've been using the gimp for a while, it's free, I'd probably procrastinate about getting around to it, and I'm too stubborn to learn a new program.)

paint.net is MUCH better than gimp for making scenes but it doesn't animate...
fireworks you have to pay for but...it's awesome.. and animateess
