Actually, the original design of Casey Jr., which was seen in a foley in The Reluctant Dragon, was the one in the center. The right one is the one from Dumbo.

What're the differences?
I only notice the one on the left with 7 on his headlamp and lacks a mouth.

Each one is a different version of Casey Jr.
The one on the left is the one from the Casey Jr. ride in Disneyland. The one in the middle is from his first appearance, the Relunctant Dragon, and the third is from Dumbo. There is more of a different in colors as well. I really should've colored this one.

The middle one is from a BTS video showing how they did the sound effects? Because I saw the animation some time ago and when I searched up Relunctant Dragon, I found the same video.

Only difference pretty much between him and Dumbo CJ is that he has a Bell and a bit more of a expressive face since he doesn't change his emotions much in Dumbo.
