Jasmine is one of the engines who works on the Block Central Railroad, located in the Sinnoh Region from Pokemon, hence why there's a Lucario in the image. Jasmine is also Nathan's little sister (despite the fact that Jasmine is a tank engine while Nathan is a tender engine).Related content
