I wanted to post this yesterday but the deadline/release date is today so.. oh well.
Hope this what you wanted.

Notes:
- Belt buckle is engraved with a demon/devil symbol.
- Scar on the back of head and a nick/notch in the ear.
- Word on the back of plaid shirt is 'DEMON'
- Inside of boots has support for antho feet
- Eyes can/could glow in the dark (if you want them to.)
- Neck fluff/Mane gets thicker depending on the season.
- Three fingers, one thumb on each hand. Four (main) toes on each foot.

- Pistol/gun is whatever they can buy/find/steal
- From the tip of the ears to toes they are 2 meters tall.

1) - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?

- The main theme (Western, demon, cowboy, outlaw.) and how they didn't want me to do the stereo typical and give it a sombrero.
- Artistic freedom is great but give some boundaries for the artist to work within, just makes it easier to get what you want from the exchange.

2) - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

I focused mostly on the Theme and just placed the other things in where I thought it would work. I basically interpreted the whole prompt as 'demon cowboy' and went from there.
I had to mute the colours a bit after colouring it (despite my efforts) to try and give it the pastel look that was wanted.
Quirks.... hmmn. I would say he's probably quite sarcastic and lazy... maybe even a bit of a prick to. But what do you expect from a demon thing... (I don't know what he is, I just imagine he has demon in his hereditary or something like that.).
