They cut,they sting,and burn...they are words.They can be forgotten but to forgive them is a hard thing to do.
None have cut or left a scar like the ones that I heard from you.
Along with the face that I paint I tattoo a smile so it doesn't fade
It's what I need to hide the frown that you have made.
All I said,you took the wrong way but it's to late to change that though I wish you would've chosen to stay.
It overwhelms me and pulls me down...Down to the darkest depths and I'm to tired to swim ,So I give up so easy and let myself drown.
You're not around to save me...No not this time
Not around to make me smile,to lift these spirits nor to hold this hand of mine.
I don't hate you like you want me to
And I won't forget you even though that's what you want me to do
Don't give up the fight that you have fought for so long
Don't give in to the demons that hold you strong
As for me I will find the strength to swim to the top because of all I have to live for
