Description
Here you go. This is my part of an art trade with =Fruitful-Gima . She wanted me to make a picture of a pregnant selkie woman from the Final Fantasy universe, so here's one cooling her feet in a pond/river after a long walk....I think there's something wrong with me. I just noticed that I've made another leap of improvement during the art slump I was in. I'm still not over it, but I'm starting to get back to drawing. For some reason my art seems to improve whenever I'm NOT drawing or not having drawn for a while, at least. XD;;
As you can see, I used technique similar to the previous commission when it comes to the grass and water. Preset grass brushes are nifty to have, dontcha think?
I also tried my hand at making dirt road, and I think it turned out okay.
Anyway, I hope you like this cute installment. I do. ^-^

It's like lookin' at a comic cover before it reaches the press! Greatly done! The Water effects and the Dirting is my highlights of this fine piece, the character is always good no matter how much praise I give it. xD

very cute! as usual, the shading is really excellent, and the brushes do their dirty job
the "line" in which the water connects with the rock seems very slightly too marked, but maybe it's me. Very good job!
