Pulling the door closed behind him, Jack Ryan sobbed, sitting down. He stared at the large, stuffed polar bear, and wearily, strode up the stairs.

"Aw, kid. You look like you're ready to keel over."

Turning around, Jack shrank against the bear. "Fontaine." He breathed. He didn't look like Fontaine, though. His face was different, blond hair falling over his head. Leaning on the balcony, Frank smiled. "Come to settle the score, boyo?" He mocked in Atlas' voice. Jack sank to his knees.

"I just wanted to be safe." Jack breathed, looking up. "This is...I..." He closed his eyes. "Frank...Atlas..." He pleaded, standing up. "Help..." He breathed.

Slumping against the bear, Jack watched as the world turned dark, and he fell into the rising black.

Frank blinked. He'd expected a much more violent reaction from the boy, not for him to pass out.

Then again, he mused, stalking towards the fallen Ryan, with so many revelations in one day, it was a wonder he'd made it this far without resting.

Kneeling down, Frank pulled the wrench from Jack's fingers, and tossed it over by the bookcase. The last thing he needed was the boy slugging him the first chance he got.

Hauling the body upright, Frank groaned, and pulled Jack up towards his bedroom, tossing him onto the bed lazily, striding back towards his abandoned glass of vodka and the radio, which he switched off. Picking up the glass, he returned to his bedroom, studying the figure on top of the scarlet covers.

"You're a real pain sometimes, kid." He muttered, setting the glass down. Reaching behind the headboard, Frank recovered a length of chain, smirking. It had been a good couple of years since he'd last used them, most people, women and men, wouldn't entertain the idea of being tied down to the bed.

Well. Diane hadn't minded, but she'd practically wet her panties whenever she'd spoken to Atlas...Diane hadn't been much of a conquest to speak of.

Pulling Jack's right hand up, Frank snapped the manacle over his wrist, pulling the chain. Satisfied, he retrieved the manacle for the left wrist, snapping that into place.

"You rest up, kid. We got a lot of catching up to do." He grinned, eyes narrowing on the shortwave radio on Jack's belt.

"What is this you do? Where have you gone!" Shrieked a familiar voice. Frank picked up the radio.

"Well, well, if it ain't my old friend, Das Wunderkind." He let himself chuckle. "You mind telling me why you snapped my hold on Jackie?"

"You! You foul man, you were going to kill him!" Brigid shouted back. "You are monster, Fontaine, I will save him from you!"

"If I wanted your girls, I'd have commanded him to harvest them, you dumb kraut. Stop worrying, they're safe." He took another swig of his vodka, sitting at the end of the bed. He unlaced Jack's shoes, letting one drop to the floor. "I didn't expect you to be turning them back."

"I did monstrous things here, Frank. Including with Frau Jolene." He could almost see Brigid smoking away, her eyes closing. "What is this we do here, Frank? We play God for our own ends, not caring about those who are hurt...."

"You fix your mess. I'm fixing mine. Me and Jackie are gonna run Rapture, just like I planned." Frank pulled Jack's other shoe off, letting that fall to the floor.

"What is that?" Brigid snapped. Frank couldn't help but laugh.

"I'm taking his shoes off. He's out cold." He informed Brigid, who gasped.

"What did you do to him!?" She cried out. Frank sighed.

"Hey, he walked in and passed out. I didn't lay a fucking finger on him." He stretched, and swallowed the last of his vodka. "I'm gonna rest for a bit. I'll get Jackie to radio you later. Scout's honor, Brigid baby."

"Please. You are having no honor, Frank. But please...keep him safe. I...I promised Jasmine..."

Frank yawned, and studied Jack's unconcious form. "All right, all right. Later, Tenenbaum. Keep yourself safe."

"Auf Wiedersehen." She replied. Frank switched the radio off, stretching out beside Jack.

Perhaps, when he awoke, Jack would be more willing to listen to him than before. Frank mused, stroking dark hair back. "Night, kid." He muttered, and pressed his lips against the exposed forehead.

...Why I never found these, I don't know, but you're now one of my favorite authors. I love Bioshock, and was hoping for some non-splicer slash. ...It got to the point that I was slashing different Big Daddies. XD

...My little sister has two daddies. XDDDDD

*hug* Thank you, I'm glad you like them so much!

It's a shame there's not more of Bioshock fanfics, I mean...the whole game revolves around a guy who has to follow three words without question! It's perfect fanfic fodder, and yet...not enough of it.

And lets not forget all the unique and 'artistic' individuals who would flock to a city without laws. ^^
