in almost every anime, when they scream, they get power, i wonder, how many people have actualy tried this?the 2 animes are soul eater and DBZ(DragonBall Z)

Actually, there is a truthful basis to this. In martial arts, a ki-ai, or spirit 'yell', is used for several reasons, one of which is to raise your fighting spirit. Medically & psychologically speaking, screaming in this way raises endorphin levels & increases blood flow, which can make you seem a lot stronger & have better reaction time. As a martial artist myself, I can tell you from experience that screaming does in fact make you stronger.
