Well the series ends up by Eddy told them to back off, Edd actually wanted kisses from them in "A Fistful Ed" as he is sad to see them leave. I guess he have the balls to go to them and apology for accidentally hurt them. You'll notice (pic on wiki that I uploaded today on A Fistful Ed) that Edd is trying to help her up on feet after he accidentally threw Jonny at her. He looks really like he actually cares for her
