This is beautiful! Even if I don't watch this, I love how you decided to draw bloom in this style, like the Frame of the Elfen Lied opening...I looked at it and it's such a cool idea! Bloom fits so well ^^
You improved so much! Now it just seems...softer, and a little bit more natural. I love her facial expression...it's so peaceful, it's almost like she's dreaming ^^

Even if I'm not the biggest fan of Elfen Lied but Bloom looks amazing in the style from the opening *.*
I like it that you draw this again because the pose and the idea for this picutre is very cool.
I'm impressed how different the two versions are. The pose is better and more filigree now.
Her hair looks more realistic and I love the colour gradient of it ^.^
The upper part of the body doesn't looks so stiff anymore.
Everything looks so perfect with the great background :3

The Hands are better now, and the way you draw her face and closed eyes.
