Hair: You seemed to have caught the style of the Mythix hairstyle nicely.
Outfit: The dress shape isn't very flattering to Roxy, it makes her body look unproportional. The little ruffles you have in her dress are pretty and they're nice accents to the dress. As for the shoes you again caught the style nicely.
Wings: Too much detail was put into the wings and they don't fit very with with this transformation.
Also the piece that really makes this costume is the wand which you're missing.
Overall: While the design could use some work you did a good job.

So first we talk about the originality:
I must say...i looks like Roxy's Offical Mythix.
I really like the way you draw her. The lines are not to thick, its a simply harmony. You draw it like you work at Rainbow e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="
I love the pose you choose here for her. Its like "HEY Here i am and i have a beautiful Mythix too" I really want to see more of Roxy, she's kinda sweet and i think is should more shown on the Show.
Now we go to the Outfit and Hairstyle.
The Dess is totally simple, but you make it look awesome, i like the fluffy thing on the dress. The Butterflies show her power. The shoes are kind a lovely, but it looks a litte to small for her, but still awesome.
The Hairstyle is so elegant and so wonderful its just perfect for Roxys Mythix.
And i like the shading that you use, it make all so real. The Effects on her dress make me believe that it sparkle. So incredible!
The Wings are so mythical! love the little holes in it, cause it looks like they are a thousand years old XD like that!
They eyes are so cute, i love it. The look like they are shining.
The Background is awesome! All together looks like Roxy is in her finally Mythix pose of the end of the Transformation.!
All is so super awesome! And the best part is, that you bring a little hope in Roxy Fans. Cause i think Roxy will never get a Mythix or Bloomix in the Show...
So you bring us this and thats so wonderful!
